"I’ve stayed in the property for 4nights. Quick checkin but the reception only operates from 9am to 6pm. There were no elevator , we stayed on the 3rd it was a struggle as I have 1 large and 1 medium size luggage there were few peeps over there to assist. The first night was a bit shocking as I thought there were earthquake😅 maybe because it is located along the highway , thats why the building is a bit shaky. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall."

However, when we were about to check in, we were told that they were fully booked for the night and that we were being transferred to another accommodation. They would have declined the booking in the first place or they could have had a better coordination with the Oyo Management to ensure things like this don’t happen.
