"Simply amazing staff who are always polite and nothing is too much for them. From our checkin to room service to check out, every member of staff we met were exceptionally polite and always smiling. The food ordered in the room was subpar as it was bland and the chips were not cooked properly. However the staff really make this hotel stand out. "

"Hotel had ample free parking for residents. Bedroom was clean and tidy but the lighting is mostly provided by bedside wall lights or angle poise lamps. As a result the room was somewhat gloomy. Dining was available in the bar, tables were somewhat low. Food choice was good. Breakfast was a good choice. Staff were efficient. Hotel entrance was spoilt by the abundance of cigarette butts on the floor and plant containers. "

"This was just a quick stopover to go to an event in MK what a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We were in the coach house in the courtyard and had a room for 3. This consisted of a double bed with bathroom and the sofa bed was in an adjoining room with an en-suite. Lovely beamed ceilings and quiet. Would definitely stay again if staying in MK. Didnt have food so cant comment but really lovely staff and good bar service. "

"Positives: The room was clean and warm; the shower worked well. Reception staff were helpful and there was good parking availability. Lots of take away options within a few minutes walk. Negatives: Breakfast was in the student block but only started at 8am. Very noisy hotel, lots of people banging doors at 02.30 every morning during my stay. TV signal was very poor."
