"Wonderful hotel in excellent location for the ao arena, Victoria station and shopping. Very clean and modern but with character too and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we had a lovely meal there on the first night. I would definitely recommend "

"This is a lovely hotel, maybe a bit dated decor wise, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with usual tea etc, large TV, plenty of storage two chairs, tables and a fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good variety of meals, which can also be purchased in the bar throughout the day. We have stayed 3 times now and have no complaints at all. Whether you stay for 1 night or more, the location is excellent for public transport, tram and bus and exploring the quays on a nice day is well worth it. All in all, great value for money."
