"If I could give this hotel a million stars I would because they staff was beyond exceptional and super friendly. They were extremely understanding with my credit card issues, being handled through the card companies electronic transaction functions (tap and pay feature) failing. I was able to receive my replacement card needed, to the staff and management thank you so much for being patient and helpful with Discover card errors. And making my father and I feel super welcomed during our trip/stay. It was the best experience the hotel was great and the location is very pleasant to explore the city. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend this place to anyone traveling to Denver. "
