"Hotel staff were very attentive and went over and above to accommodate our needs. Great atmosphere, mix of business and tourist clientele. Clean and comfortable rooms - even the standard ones. Lovely breakfast buffet too! We come to stay here regularly and will definitely do so again"

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "Schönes, sauerbes Zimmer. Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Koblenz. Die Saunalandschaft ist toll, hat genug Angebot und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus. Preise sind dafür auch in Ordnung. Würde wieder hier buchen."
