"Two families traveling together found this home to be the perfect home base from which to up and down the Rhine to see castles, castles, vineyards, and more castles. This hillside house was very comfortable, featured a lovely terrace surrounded by grapevines. Situated in the small country village of Sauerthal if felt as though our visit brought the most excitement the townsfolk had seen in ages. This is a perfect location for visiting Rhineland if you want a quiet, rustic, authentic experience."

"Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Jungs für ein Wochenende in der Villa und es war einfach nur mega! Die Unterkunft lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Super sauber, hochwertige Möbel und Einrichtung. Man hat seine Ruhe, da keine Nachbarn. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse sind top, ausreichend Handtücher sind vor Ort verfügbar. Und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist total unkompliziert und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für das coole Wochenende!"

"Wir buchten als 3 Paare und 2 Einzelpersonen 5 Zimmer, in dem Glauben, dass auch jeder ein eigenes abgeschlossenes Zimmer erhält, wie es beschrieben war. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass eines der King-/Queensbett-Zimmer fehlte und damit verbunden ein ganzes Zimmer. Deshalb reiste leider einer unserer Freund ab. Was sehr schade war. "Great location but goodness the area is so, so noisy all throughout the night. I wish the windows were better soundproofed. The bedding and bed is awful, my back and neck is killing me after two nights there. Location can’t be beat but otherwise it leaves a lot to be desired."

"The house was a perfect place to spread out and relax, while exploring the Rhine by car and boat. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. Bring your own toiletries. Beds are on upper floors using a spiral staircase. The...

"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "
