"The property is located on the side of the main road, easy drop off and pick up, did not feel welcome when we arrived, and staff was not present. The property should be a good choice for people who are looking for local style accommodation, absolutely can not be compared to real hotel, flies bugs everywhere, hair on the floor and blanket, overall, just for different experience. Breakfast only offer one boiled egg per person, plus few different kinds of bread, coffee was very disappointing. "

"We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? "Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."

"Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!"
