"I had an amazing stay at The JW Marriott in Tampa. Patricia checked me in and she was the absolute best. She was attentive, kind and explained every amenity with vast knowledge. Room was clean, bathroom clean and shower had amazing water pressure. Never had to wait long for elevators even with a huge conference in. Town. Perfect stay "

"Took an hour for our room to be ready atleast. The cleaning crew were fabulous and very attentive. They were working very hard. Bar staff were friendly. Rest of staff didn’t seem in any hurry to acknowledge guests."

"We were intrigued to stay in this courthouse-turned-luxury hotel. Our corner room was super roomy with high ceilings and a nice view. We were especially pleased to have a mini fridge but we were disappointed without a coffee maker. Another missing feature: porterage of baggage. That is usually a telling amenity in a high-class hotel."

"Overall good experience. The views are beautiful, but the room we stayed seemed a little outdated. There’s no vent in the bath room and it’s a dusty. The sink is not easy to work with, it’s strange ; i thought it was broken. "
