"Staff is very nice. Location is very convenient to Stroget shopping and bus stops. Beautiful view and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and dining area was big enough. Only con is needs a little updatigg ng for the rooms. A little dark but overall good stay. "

"Great location by the airport. Very nice and speedy service. Good perks with Expedia VIP. :-) Only drawback was that the fitness centre was being refurbished but that's probably for the better. Next time!"

"The location of the hotel was very good. A 5-10 minute walk to the old town, about a 20-30 minute walk to the saunas and bathhouses on the beach and 20 minutes to the Opera House. The views from the Sky Bar were great."

"Lovely 3 night stay, however very poor advertising from Expedia, not once does it state that the pool is not included in the stay. I got a message from the hotel 3 days before our stay saying the pool and spa is not included please book, it was around 300DKK each for a 2 hour slot. But apart from that was really good room was great staff were really helpful."

"Good hotel well located near train station and central district. Rooms are fine with a comfortable bed. Very long corridors in need of upgrading. Elevators are very small. Breakfast very good."

"Excellent staff. I was reacting to the room spray they used and they moved me to a different room without carpet and with a window that opens. Excellent full breakfast with many options. Love the ginger shots and the beautiful seed breads. Petit croissants and pastries were very tasty. "

"Overall experience was very good, staff were helpful albeit some quite green employees who weren't trained as well as they could be, and leaving them on duty is not ideal as there is a limit to what they can do. Building was beautiful and bar areas was lovely but very expensive with some average cocktail choices so had to ask for more specific ones.
