"I booked the Quality Melbourne Hotel as I was arriving late into the airport and didn't know my way around Melbourne. This hotel has a shuttle service, which was great and efficient. Just call the hotel number and they arrived at the aitport within 10 minutes. Checkin at hotel was super quick and although the room looked bigger in the picture, it was a very comfy double bed for a solo traveller. Toilet, shower, bed very clean and equipped with tea, coffee, busciits, kettle, iron and ironing...

"It was amazing hotel was great, only downfall was trying to get a towel I spoke to three people at different times from 7-9 and they kept saying different reasons, my experience with hotels is the reception will usually bring towels up if housekeeping is not available but apart from this hotel was one of my top mantras I’ve stayed at, buffet breakfast was really good too, definitely recommend this hotel for sure "
