"Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. Small en-suite bathroom. It was a very hot day and night. We were on ground level with French doors to the patio. We couldn’t leave our doors open all night for security so neither of us got much sleep. Two teabags and two coffee pods no milk and a list of items in the room was left on the dresser, not sure...

"Excellent property and service. I just wish we didn't have to arrive by 10:00PM to check-in, we usually arrive late at our destinations. Make sure also you take note of the code to re-enter via the front entrance after hours because there will be no staff at the front desk."

"Our two week holiday at Le Goyen was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room 217 was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. The view over the harbour and town was a bonus and it was interesting to watch the fishing boats and yachts coming and going.
