"Great service at the front desk at all hours. We stayed here twice in one week and weren’t pleased with our first room as it was quite small, but during our second stay, we received a more spacious room and were given all toiletry products (in the first room we only got the body lotion bottles). Fans are available in rooms. Ventilation lacking in the toilet and bathrooms. PS don’t park at the parking lot next to this hotel - the turns and parking spots are frustratingly tight. "The ocean view makes up for any shortcomings, however the shower hose is awkard and only gives a relatively low pressure. There's an accessible lift to avoid the steps if you have a pushchair, wheelchair or heavy luggage but noone expains that this in in the basement area so you end up lifting heavy luggage up steps and slopes. Lovely pots have no plants in, so creates a neglected first impression and there's no bedside tables. "
