" I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room was not up to standard. Specifically: • The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces. • There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable. • No hand or face towels were provided. • The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope you take steps...

Front desk doesn’t have the door codes because flats are individually owned. Pull out sofa bed is horrible! Stayed 4 days, never received clean linen or towels or toilet paper"
