Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

Nunca havia me hospedado no Littoral Gold Flat. Excelente localização. Cama maravilhosa. Parte da iluminação do quarto estava queimada. A TV as vezes não queria desligar com o controle. Pedi para trocar de quarto devido as pessoas na piscina fazendo muito barulho e fui atendido. Café da manhã muito bom com equipe muito boa e prestativa.

Ficamos no hotel em setembro agora, ao chegar no quarto todo sujo de areia e eles não deram controle de nada. A limpeza é dobrar toalha e coberta, não passa uma vassoura no chão. Ou seja, não existe limpeza de quarto. O café da manhã tem pouquíssimas variedades, sem graça. Pedimos toalha de piscina e falaram que era só buscar na recepção, ao fazer check out nos cobraram por toalha, nem avisaram que teria taxa (não é pelo valor e sim de avisar que é o mínimo). Experiência péssima!!! NÃO RECOMENDO.

Com vasta experiência em viagens Eu posso dizer que o hotel funciona tudo maravilhosamente bem. Cama com bons lençóis Chuveiro maravilhoso Extremamente bem localizado. Café da manhã muito bom. Ponto negativo: Infelizmente as pessoas que ás vezes hospedam no hotel não tem nenhuma educação. É uma pena! Pois os funcionários passam por maus bocados… Entretanto o custo e benefício são excelentes.
