"We arrived and a bit disappointed with the room that was given to us .It not clean and it was very squashed it was not what I paid for 2Queen beds .The beds were double beds,it is the same thing that happened to me at Birchwood ,u opt for Queen than u get double.Than they still lie to you and say they don’t have rooms with 2 queen it is only double beds.Nevertheless we were moved to another room with 2double beds.That is why Iam giving you still a good rating "
