"Overall Tamassa was a good fit for our family vacation needs - the pool and beach are beautiful and it’s convenient to be able to eat at their buffet (Show) restaurant, order from the B Bar, make a reservation at the Playa restaurant or order room service. However, the food taste was inconsistent as was the speed of service (ex at one point we had to call 4 times to get enough water bottles delivered to the room). We rented a car for the trip and the hotel is not too far from the 7 colored earth...

"Hotel not as described, the pool is and has been closed for months despite being advertised on the website (and hotels.com website) as being available, not the case. Ruined the stay. Hotel only willing to offer 10% refund which was rightly declined. Offer upped to include dinner, also declined. "THIS WAS AMAZING!!! The peacefulness of the area. The outside shower was so good. Also, there are so many animals around that you can feed. I loved the deers, boars, monkeys, swans, variety of birds and so much more! The Bubble was amazing at night and it was so eco friendly! I loved it! Only thing it was a bit cold at night so bring warm clothes. But otherwise the Tea was soo good the food especially the vanilla dish. ALL AROUND BEST money spent!"

"We loved the hotel’s position right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. But could be better with just a few tweaks, like some chairs need cushions on. Less time waiting for orders to be taken and food did take a while sometimes. Rooms were good but being an older couple the stairs were an issue for us as there is no lift. We would stay again if we come back here to see our son as it was a nice break to recuperate after a long flight."
