"The staff was lovely and extremely helpful and the room was okay the only downside was the room was a little dirty, the shower had old soap stains, the bar soap provided was used and the fridge also smelled of old food. The bedding and other areas of the room was clean and the area felt safe with lots of dining options "

"The hotel was pristine, and the room was great! It would be nice to have an iron in there, especially for busy business people on the go. The one weird thing is the number of times the hotel tried to contact me before my check-in. It was quite a nuisance. They emailed to confirm and then phoned me twice on the day of check-in. Neither time was I free to answer the call (the one time I was actually trying to scan my boarding pass for my flight and they were calling), but it felt a bit like I had...

"We had to wait a long time to check in, there was a problem between Expedia and the hotel, but it was eventually resolved and we were accommodated. It was only an overnight, so didn't get to spend enough time to properly review. Lovely bed and bedding, super comfy and king-size everything! Very nice shower, complimentary toiletries, full breakfast spread, and easy access to the shops through the hotel!"

"Was a great stay the only thing missing was a do not disturb sign for the door. Housekeeping came knocking when I was still in the room, if there was a sign I could have put up they would have known not to try enter. "
