"It was a delightful experience! The room was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Smaller than normal hotel rooms, but that’s to be expected based on the architecture of the building which was fun and beautiful! Bathroom was quite spacious and very nice! Food at Bertie’s was amazing and staff was pleasant and attentive. Definitely worth an “At least once” stay and a great “Step back in time”!"

It’s especially cool for us: the unit we’re staying in was the long-time apartment of my mentor at Baylor - a beloved and distinguished professor of history for 40 years. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Well done!"

"The Nest is a fantastic house to stay in with your family or for a girls weekend in Waco! Lori had the fridge stocked with all necessities (having milk already there was a lifesaver with my kids!) and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend the property and renting from Lori!"
