"The hotel is being refurbished but don't let that out you off. The rooms are spacious with decent bath and shower facilities. The staff are top notch, couldn't be any more friendly or helpful. "I enjoy staying at the holiday Inn Ipswich. I can walk to it, is convenient in that respect. I visit because the staff treat guests very well with politeness and courtesy, also they help in any way that they can when you request anything. The swimming pool jacuzzi steam room and sauna are all great , i enjoy using them during my stay. The food is exellent , i particularly enjoy the hand batteted haddock with chips ,it is so delicious . Also the lemon baked Alaska with cornish clotted cream ice cream is just one of the best desserts i have ever tasted. Very clean and comfortable soacious roons with alk that is needed for your stay to be enjoyable My son and daughter in law had their wedding reception here 12 years ago, and at present my grandson has swimming lessons here. It is great to live so close and enjoy this lovely hotel, and all that it has to offer. I would recommend this hotel as excellent, to family ,friends,and anyone who asks about it."
