"The hotel is great - gardens well maintained - staff very pleasant and helpful - housekeeping needs attention : bed top sheet well done, bottom sheet not even streched, cups and glasses not cleaned, coffee not replaced, floor not vacc or mopped on 3 days stay, towels not replaced when required. Housekeeper needs a better control."

"The room was clean and everything worked it looks like resort has had a paint job since our last visit. After staying at another resort recently it was refreshing to not be charged for pool towels and mini golf and golden hour cocktails with live music around the pool really creates a great atmosphere. I have two suggestions if the TV in the room was smart we could have logged into Netflix for quiet times. The local pub has kids meals for $3 cheaper than the resort and it comes with a drink...
