Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. "I can't believe I found this property and last minute at that. It is located literally in the center of everything yet you can sleep to peace and quiet every night. It is very clean, AC works perfectly, and it's easy to get everywhere. I wish I could rate it even higher. Highly recommended if you're ever in Nice.
