"Wonderful facility with attentive staff and great service. Unfortunate that some parents weren’t respectful of other guests in wangling their children who spent rday and night running throughout the hotel. Children running through the halls at 10pm is unacceptable, at any hotel billing themselves as a resort. While the staff politely asked the unattended children to refrain, the situation warranted an escalation and speaking with their parents to resolve the issue. "

We visited the bar for a night cap and the bar manager was defensive when we asked her about the bar menu and asked her to make a drink that wasn't on the menu. "The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
