"The staff was outstanding, particularly Viviana. You should be aware that this is a tiny hotel, only 6 rooms. And the front desk staff is only available between 9 AM and 6 PM local time. But the bed was comfortable, the heat was plentiful, the shower was modern and hot water was also plentiful. The rooms are not soundproofed, but fortunately the hotel is located on a very small alley, so there wasn't a lot of auto traffic or late night reverlers."

"Everything about the property was good including the staff who are quite helpful. The only item that could be substantially improved is the water pressure on the 5th floor suites. We had two rooms on that floor but the water pressure was so low that the Bidets were completely usable. "

"My room was very clean. Heater and hot water worked great especially during winter. Customer service was good. Went there for NYE party and they made my 230 Euros worth every penny with the live music, live DJ, good view of the fireworks and good food and drinks."

"Very clean, modern and ideal for city break accommodation. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. The door handle on our door was missing so we struggled shutting the door everytime we left without having to slam it shut. "

"Everything is perfect. Very new hotel. Very clean room. Gym to exercise. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is way beyond expectation. The only thing is their laundry room hour is from 8am to 10pm. It typically take 2 hours for a washer and dryer cycle. When I go at 10:10 pm to get the clothes out from the dryer, the laundry room is already locked. I feel they can easily extend the hours for the laundry room to make it more convenient for the guests. Or maybe don't locked the room if there...

"This place and the owner, Gabriella, were perfect. She was extremely helpful and kind. The building is a cool authentic Roman building in an authentic residential neighborhood, but just a 10 or fifteen minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum. I walked the whole city from the location, but if you don't want to walk, there is a metro station that will get you anywhere on the corner.
