"The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the hotel is tired, and certainly not a 4 star property. The curtain in our room was ripped and stained, and there was no heat, despite it being 6 degrees centigrade over night."

"Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. Small en-suite bathroom. It was a very hot day and night. We were on ground level with French doors to the patio. We couldn’t leave our doors open all night for security so neither of us got much sleep. Two teabags and two coffee pods no milk and a list of items in the room was left on the dresser, not sure...

"Excellent property and service. I just wish we didn't have to arrive by 10:00PM to check-in, we usually arrive late at our destinations. Make sure also you take note of the code to re-enter via the front entrance after hours because there will be no staff at the front desk."

"We had a lovely week in this accommodation. The apartment was well equiped (but no conventional oven just a combi microwave) but tonnnes of plates glasses pans and a full fridge. The location is just a 5 min walk from the beach, shops and restuarants and there is parking either over ground (free) or underground (paid - think it is $8). There is a pool which was open all day. "All very good: location, staff service, caravans, cleanliness, comfort, pools, privacy, facilities. Would like to see: better food choices in the cafe & shop & a hot tub/jacuzzi on some of the caravan deckings would be amazing.... Overall score: 8.5/10. Will be back next year!!"
