"The hotel was tucked away down an alley. Getting Grab or Taxis to come to the property was challenging. We walked out to the Main street to order out Grab and it’s more successful. The property staff are all excellent. The room was adequate and the a/c gets nice and cool at night. The restaurant food is good. Great value overall for the price. "

"Riva Arun was the perfect place to stay in Bangkok! It was absolutely lovely, and the staff was so kind and helpful. The views of Wat Arun were stunning. It was also within a short walk of so many attractions! "

"Staff extremely nice and helpful. Nice area with a public transport around. Room would benefit with refreshing. Bed mattress need to be replaced as they were not comfortable at all. Swimming pool open only until 6pm, which makes it useless for us. Over all very pleased stay (thanks to hotel staff)."
