We have one of the rooms with the kayaks, and these are easily accessible/ readily available. The only drawbacks were that there really is nothing to do in the local area, and to get into the town centre the only option is to use the hotel's taxi service (no other local services or Grab options available). "Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."
