"It was very good and the hotel staff goes above and beyond for the customer, Only downside is the security staff is not very friendly and the pool could benefit of more equipement, there is not much chairs and the guest are leaving their belonging to not lose access to the chair, reducing greatly the appeal of the main pool"

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall...
