"Slightly aged property, could use some renovations but very clean and staff were great. Really sad that they would charge for parking especially when it’s not a city center hotel and they have a big lot. Also breakfast is a little too expensive however overall I would recommend and stay again "

"Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei...

"Wow, if you have the chance please visit this spa hotel. Private sauna in my room! Sean the spa manager was above and beyond friendly and the two front desk ladies were absolutely lovely. The 5 course meal was delicious and very well priced. I hope to return again! "

"Great hotel with very friendly Staff and a broad range of facilities. Very nice rooms, nice building. "All we could have expected. A spacious, airy room with a nice enough view. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with lots of outdoor tables, except it’s closed Sunday & Monday. Fortunately there are alternatives, and Miltenberg is walking distance too. "
