Es handelte sich glücklicherweise um einen Fehlalarm. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl am Buffet ließ keine Wünsche übrig. The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Since this was not reported even after a reminder email, I conclude that the behavior is intentional, so if you are collecting rewards you should AVOID THIS HOTEL!"

The refrigerator was apparently being defrosted and was leaking all over the floor (with towels).
