"Unit had an extremely cheap mattress, no sheets, bed was so hard that I could not sleep. no coffee cups or glass to drink from and had problems accessing the room due to elevator issues."

The staff are exceptional, the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The gym is great and filled with high quality equipment. The restaurant Nuc is superb and the spa too is great.
