We can only say good things about Mayfair. Although it is located very close to the lively Bui Vien Street with many bars, you will not hear any noise. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff are all amazing, and welcoming, from security to front desk to housekeeping, thank you all! Although you will see the prices show excellent value for money, the location is very convenient, and the building also hosts what is arguably the best rooftop bar in all of Saigon. We will be repeat guests...

The host was great with communication from the point of booking and after checkout. The location was great, if you needed food, shopping, and sightseeing. The apartment was the best experience...beautiful furnishings, breathtaking city view, and fully available amenities like kitchen, washer/dryer, work out bike, etc. This apartment was the total package. Located in District 1 and a short skip to one of Saigon's walking streets. We had a great time in the area, and everything we needed was within walking distance (a pharmacy, the bars, Ben Thanh market, places to eat, convenience stores, etc.). The apartment we booked was spacious and clean and had everything we needed - even a microwave for heating leftovers and food deliveries. The staff was courteous and helpful and even lent us umbrellas. Highly recommended for longer-term stays (we stayed for 5 nights only) and I would definitely come back to this place the next time I have the chance.

I chose this hotel because of the budget-friendly price and its location. One of the things I commend them for is they are very responsive and accommodating. Since our flight arrival was around 3am, I communicated that ahead of time and they accommodated us with our late check in. All the staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough for us. The location is very convenient though it is inside a small alley, it’s just a less than 5min walk from the main road and Bui Vien Walking Street. And even if that’s the case, the noise from the road and clubs do not reach our room so we’re able to get a good night’s rest. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am solo traveller. Found this apps convenient, coz only the bridge separates you from the HSMC nightlife. It is about 800m to Bui Vien street - the main artery of the HSMC nightlife. From that point you can go to the Parleys street and Japan Town. So it is ez to explore districts 1 from this apps. But also location is convenient to visit d7 massage parleys (Korean ones), which are one of the best in the city. If you are into sightseeing, no probs too. Almost everything is located nearby. The place is cozy and quiet. So you can sleep distantly of the city Hussle and bussle. That's convenient if you are working remotely. Facilities are good. The place is protected with guards 24/7. Card system protection. Convenient and secure. Good choice overall.
