"Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back. "

"The hotel is like a alpine cabin where you feel right at home. The lobby is very cozy and the restaurant is genuine brassiere from the alps. You can expect the best service and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!!"

All extremely friendly and helpful. It really did feel like a family run place. - views from the lounge and outdoor terrace were very impressive. Can only give it 10/10"
