"Overall a really good hotel, pleasant staff and always helpful, a few trainees who were also helpful however their English was limited. We did have an issue at one dinner service where we got served raw chicken however the waiter Hugo was very apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. So that was the only down side the raw chicken however everything else was spot on."

So if you are thinking of staying for more than one night. It might be an idea to look at alternatives.
