"From the very start we had a fantastic stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. The rooms are a little bit small but are extra comfortable. Good hot showers, fridge, kettle, wifi and extremely comfortable beds with excellent linen. The room is all electronically controlled, but is easy to master. "We checked in morning but when we returned in the evening they did not record the earlier checkin and we had wait >30min for their checking and recheck in. Rooms finally assigned were still good though with complimentary fruits as apology."

"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"
