"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. I asked Mr. Hanin if the hotel bar had any food, and in a kind gesture, he brought us a complimentary bowl of biscuits. We really appreciated his kindness and assistance. "Beautiful hotel designed by Saint Bernadette’s nephew. Gorgeous old world design. Very kind, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well kept with nice details like slippers, a hot water pot, coffe and tea, etc. Literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to St. Joseph’s gate (the main entrance to the cathedral area). My room had a lovely patio overlooking the village, and was so quiet and peaceful. I feel very fortunate to have stayed there. "

"The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!"

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "
