"Lovely staff. Rooms were basic but clean (could use some conditioner and washcloths). Lobby was nice and the pool was a highlight. Perhaps as a wellness resort more bottled or refillable water options could be provided?"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks. Our major disappointment was that, although a restaurant is on the premises, we found out when we checked in that it was already fully booked for dinner both nights of our stay. "Its a case of 5 stars for the hotel, 0 stars for the experience. The hotel will say it's off season, as a guest there's no such thing. Apart from the building site opposite that starts at 6:30am with trucks & diggers night 2 was an event. The event started late afternoon with night club volume music and by 9pm seemed to be never ending. A trip to reception assured me this would be over soon.
