"Amazing place! Cute little place that has been remodeled to provide very comfortable and modern rooms. Everything was new and high quality, clean and comfortable, modern and well maintained - but in a cute historic building very close to all the retaurants and sights in town. We had a suite with a separate seating area with a fire place, a deck with a private hot tub (delightful way to end the day!), and a view of the river and a bit of the bay. "Lovely place in a great location - a great find. Service was professional and efficient. Room and bed perfectly comfy and clean. Loved the Voya bath products in the bathroom and nice to have bath/shower choice. Also, restaurant on site has lovely, with nice varied menu. Would be nice to include breakfast with stay as standard and give preference to staying guests for reservations in the restaurant or discount on one night. "

"There's a lot to recommend this property -- great views, great location, good communication and easy access (finding the key and so on). There were two things that brought the rating down from 'excellent' to 'good' -- one of the beds was on its last legs and there was no shower. The bed was very squeaky, and upon inspection we found that the frame was split in several places. The lack of a shower was an issue mainly because we would have planned things differently if we had known that there...
