"Extremely clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception who are ready to help you every minute of the day. Very nice cleaning ladies. "Found this hotel to be a good balance of everything, between nice and comfy rooms, to a decent breakfast and a really nice pool area and lunch options. Taxis into the city are easy to get and this made a great base camp for us. Sonya who worked at front desk also especially helpful and overall no complaints with the hotel, a solid 3.5 star hotel."

"The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also. "

"The room is nice and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices. The downside are the 2 female receptionist. We asked one of them for tourist info about the city. She asked us to google because she don’t know anything. And the other one we asked for towel which was forgot to provide after room cleaning but It never came. We called front desk again after one hour. the male receptionist came up immediately with the towel to the room. "

"I was at the conference, and needed convenient hotel to Yerevan University where I could work, and at the same time enjoy Yerevan in off time. Ani Plaza was perfect for that. 24/7 staff (1 am arrival, 2 am departure for me), helpful staff, excellent breakfast, fast and stable internet, and in the heart of the city. What else could I need ? Was sad not to use pool and sauna, because I forgot the swimming attire :) But I was mostly busy anyway."
