"A gated compound far from everything. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Very comfortable king size bed and good shower. Breakfast is amazing. Especially Fatima who prepares the salads and dips and some of her own creations. Staff is amazing. Buffet dinner hot food is not great. The salads and desserts were good. If you want to be close to the airport and away from experiencing the rest of Riyadh stay here. "

"The hotel is new and very good. Staff are hospitable and trying so hard. It was super crowded all the time which made breakfast a very difficult experience at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 It seemed like it’s always busy, the lobby was always busy as well and very noisy. The place around the hotel is full of construction sites and high makes the walkability almost impossible. It the weekend thing got a lot more quieter and the staff were like completely different people with less people to handle. "

"This was a business trip, my first one to Riyadh. The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff."

"Wednesday night loud music till late , same from Thursday night. Loud music till 1am. When I finally fell asleep the alarm went of in the corridor, 3am Staying on the first floor did not help either I guess Wednesday evening I wasn’t welcome at the restaurant as there was some Arab convention. They clearly don’t like Europeans. "Nice place to stay. Swimming pool and the rest area on the 8th floor are good, and you can enjoy great views from there. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping is very professional and attentive. Saudi coffee and flavored ice water at the reception every day. Walking distance to western fast food like KFC, local caffes, grocery stores and a shopping mall. Worked well for me. "
