"Very happy with the apartment and property overall. It looks great and it's well-maintained. The whole interior is clean including the beddings, towels. Appreciate the free water, coffee/tea in sachets, amenities. Had a great view from the room in 19th floor. The reception is friendly. Will book again when in Ho Chi Minh."

"The place was quiet and spacious. There was a washer and enough room to hang dry clothes. It has a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. I work from home and the WiFi was good enough. It is in an area with many restaurant options and cafes nearby as well as a mall. The gym had plenty of options for any type of workout and was never packed during the day."

"Warning to all looking at this apartment service. They do not communicate well at all. The contact number is received by a non English speaking person. 1. Rooms all have loudly bathrooms 2. Shower leaks completely all over bathroom. Shower door seals all broken. 3. Lights in kitchen has fallen from ceiling 4. Curtains a dirty stained 5. Bed sheets are dirty and stain and cannot believe I let my kids sleep in them. 6. Laundry balcony is not working properly and flickering constantly. 7. No access to pool or gym !!! None !!! 8. Smokers as this room is not cleaned well at all and smells shocking. Photos evidence is attached. Avoid at all cost as they are liars. They said they would refund my future booking in writing only to have them refuse after contact with Hotels management. How this place is advertise on this global site is terrible to the reputation of this group. I am a gold member with hotels.com and book over 60 nights per year on this site and this is the first outrageous service from the hotel I’ve ever experience. Is it not even a 1 star service and how does anyone say this is a hotel is wrong. See photos. "

"A phenomenal experience. Unbelievable hospitality. Great, kind and welcoming staff. Everyone went above and beyond with service. A lot of great places to eat in the area. Will definitely stay there again!!"
