"The pillows are old and smell, the bed sheets/blanket is old/yellow and and smell. They need to wash properly. The towers are very old and have yellow color. They need to replace. The AC in the bedroom is not cool. I low down to the lowest temperature but the room is not cool. It needs to repair. The bath room is dirty have a lot of stains on the wall and floor. "

"I arrived at the property at 8 pm, but couldn't communicate with the owner to provide the access to the room. The owner only pick up the phone once time, stating that his employee will come down to meet me at the front desk to provide the access info, but his staff never showed up. I called again several times but the owner didn't pick up the phone, I wait until 10 pm, and very tired after the the long trip. Need to check in to rest, but they never showed up. Then I have to called the Expedia...

"We were travelling without internet so did not get the self registration instructions but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond and got them for us. Amazing beds! Easy to get transportation right out front. Not as easy to use the pool (not possible when short stay) but relaxing to have a two bedroom where we could spend time with our friend while sitting on a couch. The room we got was not the one I booked but better view, great to get laundry done mid trip"
