"The pool area was never cleaned or walked through while we were there. I had to ask for towels for the pool area every day and there was food on the floor by the hot tub from Friday to Sunday and an Overflowing garbage can that no one cleaned up until I asked. The rooms on the surface appeared nice but under the bed was full of dirt and left over pop cans and water bottles. The staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. Things were just neglected "
