Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Rooms were untidy, Linen was not fresh at all. it felt as if we were visiting a 2-star resort. The resort itself was very good. everything outside the room itself was good."
