"We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom.
