"This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine."

"It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay.
