"It is the best experience i ever had with my mom and kids. We felt princesses for a week. Everyone is friendly amazing and professional. Great services. Everything was so relaxing luxuriously and breathtaking views on the beach. I would like to come over and over mostly for the people and the services. "

"This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating."

"The hostel is much less than four stars. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are old, and the general appearance is dirty. Room service is not up to the standard, but it is not very bad, so do not expect four-star services. The food served as a morning meal is not delicious and of poor quality. Workers are not bad, normal and respectable if you treat them with respect. .Staying there only to sleep...the air conditioning is good and the Wi-Fi quality is poor. "

"Very problematic. Room clean and serviceable with bed and linens. Food was the difficulty. Restaurant on ground floor was depressing dark and dreary. Food selection zero and preparation dismissal. All food overcooked, cold and tasteless. Restaurant on second floor acceptable. Though selection still limited, at least it was hot and almost satisfying."

"One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. The a la carte restaurant was also utterly delicious & not just buffet-style stuff plated nicely as they often are. And having a selection of local drinks to try was a great...
