"The property is beautiful and clean, the staff was great, the beds comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. The only thing that disappointed us was that the pool wasn't heated and was much too cold, even for us Canadians (felt around 60F/15C). I realize it is still winter, but the weather would have been warm enough for us crazy Canucks to swim. "

"Unexpected little oasis in the city. Very comfortable suite in a beautiful setting with a pool that is lit at night. Easy to check in and leave. Very close to the centre and the major attractions. Parking was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location just on the edge of town. Walkable to the town of Furnas. Very clean room. Take note that you are provided the ingredients to cook your breakfast, as there is no dining or room service. It is a very small, intimate style hotel. "

The huge terrace patio with peaceful views of a nearby farm and rolling hills, the cozy fireplace, the beautifully appointed bedrooms taking one back many decades with their classic decor. The attention to detail to make you feel at home is superb - bath robes, slippers, extra blankets, fireplaces, fresh baked goods and home made jams, fully stocked kitchen with condiments and nice surprises in the fridge, a Christmas tree,...
