"I was so pleased! We stayed for a concert to celebrate my birthday. The horel was beautiful and the service was phenomenal. They parked our vehicle and helped with our luggage. The whole hotel was stunning from head to toe. The block its on was a beautiful city scene. I highly recommend 10/10!"

"The hotel was having a computer issue when we came to check in, but they were so very helpful getting us to our room so that we could make our appointments on Christmas day. The breakfast the next morning was top notch and just put the cherry on our stay. The manager on duty even escorted us to our room. Highly recommend and wiuld stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 10 years because of the closeness and convenience to BJH. It’s always clean and comfortable. I really miss the days when it wasn’t operated by Hilton, however, because there were no added charges for parking or breakfast. Coffee, juice, popcorn and fruit were available always in the lobby. They always before offered a discount for patients of the hospital, also. Still, I give them a good review for cleanliness, comfort and quietness. "
