"We have stayed here a few times now and it is getting a little tired but it is still very clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. Easy walk to the parks. Breakfast was busy but we didn’t wait for more than 2 mins for a table."

"The property is nice. Check in went well. After you are checked in the front desk service goes down hill. There are two working the desk that are lovely and I wish I had their names to compliment them. The rest of the front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Would not provide extra towels when asked even though they were giving them to other guests around me in the lobby. Would not assist in calling a taxi or offering options for transportation. Food is limited to breakfast and evening...

"Great value, proximity to CDG, etc. Two things: if you have luggage, transporting more than two pieces on the CDG tram will be difficult and you’ll pay top price for a lift or cab. Second, breakfast is excellent but there is no hôtel store or vending and the restaurant sees itself as gourmet, so lighter meals will have to be taken at the airport. On Sunday this could be problematic. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being empire club guests concierge went above and beyond and those working in the lounge were fantastic particularly with our two young children. Room was very clean and great to have a proper cot. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and we even got to meet Thor. Great location walking short distance to the park"

"Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely "

"The room was lovingly decorated. the pool was great if quite chilly. the reception area was very fragrant. our room had malfunctioning lighting the first night but thankfully they changed us after. i spaß they could have changed us right away but we coped ok. the shuttle on the first trip there was a bit nightmarish as way to full and there didn’t seem to be enough buses for people waiting. "
