"This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund !
