After numerous days on a cruise ship, I could not face the thought of scrambled eggs another day. Jovanna was able to convince the chef to make me a wonderful fluffy omelette with ham and cheese. It was delightful. So were the others. These two individuals distinguished themselves and exhibited the highest standards of the Raddison brand: service, knowledge and communication. We initially were concerned about security in the hotel. We later observed several security measures in place which alleviated our concerns. Coffee selections were amazing. Inside room overlooking the courtyard was very quiet. "

"Hilton has maintained the high quality of the form Pullman hotel. Conveniently situated near airport, but added a good restaurant. Couple of deceptions: in room coffee machine didn’t work; had asked for a wake up call which never occurred. It was lucky I was affected by jet lag & woke up on my own otherwise I could have missed my flight. "
